These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of the affiliate concept and its affiliate company, hereinafter referred to as “the affiliate concept”, also establishing the terms and conditions of subscription for membership.
These are the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and AFFILIALEADS LTD, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V2NX, VAT: 15764656. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. AFFILIALEADS LTD does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with the Company's Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when you use the Service and informs you about Your privacy rights and how the law protects you. 2. Payment Terms
2.1 Available payment methods are VISA, MasterCard, or Direct Debit. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the membership period unless you opt out of automatic renewal or cancel your membership. You can update your payment method, manage your membership, or cancel it at any time by visiting your user account or contacting us via our support email.
2.2 The Affiliate concept is a subscription service that includes a trial period priced between 1 EUR/USD/GBP and 10 EUR/USD/GBP for the first two days. After this trial period, membership will automatically renew as a subscription every 14 days at a cost of 49.50 EUR/USD/GBP, depending on the selected currency. Your subscription will be renewed in advance, and payment will be processed automatically unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.
2.3 By purchasing the membership, you agree to enroll in the automatic renewal service. You authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account (if applicable) for the services corresponding to the initial period and subsequent renewals.
2.4 Once the payment is made, the customer will receive a written confirmation of the purchase within a reasonable timeframe via email, which will include these Terms and Conditions as an integral part of the agreement.
a. Account Cancellation Policy
Once a user submits a cancellation request, no additional membership charges will apply. No refunds are granted in case of cancellation. If you cancel before the next renewal date, you will have access to your account until the end of the membership period.
b. Automatic Renewal Cancellation
Memberships purchased through the affiliate concept will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. The selected payment method will be charged at the end of each membership period, and a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Notifications of upcoming charges will also be sent before the renewal.
Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day before the current membership period ends; otherwise, the next monthly charge will be processed automatically. Cancellations made after billing are not eligible for any full or partial refunds.
You are responsible for all charges accrued on your Account up to the moment of cancellation, including all fees within the membership period in which you cancel.
2.5 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
to. Minimum Withdrawal Amount
Withdrawals will be made from a minimum amount of $50.
b. Withdrawal Request
To request a withdrawal, the user must send an email to info@linkshortly.com. The request must include the following information:
full name
Email associated with the account
Amount to withdraw
Preferred payment method
c. Application Places
Withdrawal requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the day you wish to process the withdrawal. All withdrawals will take place on Friday of each week.
3. Third Parties
3.1 We may include links to other websites on our site. We are not responsible for the content and activities of any other person, company, or entity whose website or materials may be linked to our site, and we cannot be held accountable for the privacy of the information on their website or information you voluntarily share with their website. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they store, use, and protect your personal data.
3.2 We may share your information with trusted third parties, such as our newsletter provider to communicate with you via email, our merchant accounts to process payments, and Google/social media accounts to run advertisements and our affiliates.
3.3 We participate in affiliate advertising programs designed to provide us with means by linking to affiliate sites.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AFFILIALEADS LTD or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if AFFILIALEADS LTD or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
5. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
5.1 The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AFFILIALEADS LTD, on its own behalf and on behalf of its respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service.
5.2 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations of applicable consumer rights, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You.
6. Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion, without liability. A reason for such termination may include, but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site and/or Services, or any part of them, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
6.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
7.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before any new terms take effect.
7.2 By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

8.1 The laws of England, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service.
